Living your life beyond limits
by Leone Kennedy

At an early age we are introduced to limits. For most people that’s where it starts. It is simple, we can either do it, or we can’t do it. And so we learn, we grow up and depending on other influences, external and internal; we stick with what we know. For a while at least.

Then we discover this wonderful thing called ‘will’ to take that to another level (universally);it is called free will. As we strengthen our free will muscle we understand the power of choice, the power of thought and the power of being a creator. From here, things become possible, we move beyond the limits of our beliefs and our mind. We understand what it feels like to live life by asking questions (of ourselves). Said another way we become still, present and we learn to enquire.

Here is a question I ask myself when it is blaringly apparent to me that I am limiting myself. I might be thinking about something I want, an outcome I am wishing for, an intention or goal that I desire. If it is significant the mind often rampantly takes over by saying ‘too hard’ that requires ‘work’. I feel limited. Make a choice to stop the mind and ask – ‘what would I like to create for myself or my loved ones?’ By enquiring you are now exercising your free will to think and create beyond the limits of your mind. You are living your life beyond limits.

When you act consistently to strengthen this muscle it becomes second nature. You start to understand that your life is the outcome of your creation. Every bit of it. The good bits and the bad bits. All of it is what you have created. Some may have been created using ‘beyond limits’ thinking, some not. And that is perfect and very okay. When we are taking on new ways of thinking and doing we must make the choice to be kind to ourselves.

Notice when life beyond limits is all around you and you cannot see it. I want to share this short story. I use the above process to work with abundance on all levels, for myself and for others. It is part of my ritual. Abundance comes in many wonder forms. The more still I am the more I notice. I was recently away on a short trip for business and pleasure. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was fully surrounded by abundance, I was taken out to lunch, I was taken out to dinner, I was given a free bus ride, I was given free pass to go to a show, I was given an early check-in, I was welcomed and hosted wonderfully, I was acknowledged, I received compliments and personal blessings. It was not until I was on the plane coming that I realised the very thing I desired had just been repeatedly showered upon me. I did not specifically ask for those things, however, I did ask for abundance. My time away was limitless, it was the creation of a choice I made to create with my mind and strengthen my muscle.

Take notice, a life beyond limits is all around you.

Inspiration Beyond Limits
by Elisabeth Gortschacher

Imagine that you couldn't see these words or hear them spoken. But you could still talk, write, read, and make friends. In fact, you went to college, wrote nearly a dozen books, traveled all over the world, met 12 U.S. presidents, and lived to be 87. Well, there was such a person, and she was born over a hundred years ago! Her name was Helen Keller whom I equate to inspiration beyond limits

On June 27 the world celebrated the 126th anniversary of Helen Keller's birth. Deaf and blind from infancy, Helen Keller played a leading role in most of the significant political, social, and cultural movements of the 20th century. Throughout her lifetime (1880-1968) she worked unceasingly to improve the lives of people who were blind and deaf. Helen's own approach to life can be summed up by her advice to a five-year-old blind child in 1932:

"Never bend your head. Always hold it high. Look the world straight in the face."
