Seeing Everything in our World & Universe as Energy

To see ourselves and our lives as energy can be difficult to comprehend. But really, it is that simple. We are nothing more than a mass of energy vibrating with a particular resonance at a particular frequency. http://www.tuberose.com/Energetic_Anatomy.html

Our bodies, of which there are a few (http://www.spiritualplatform.org/sp/misc/theaura.html) are layered expressions of us and they all represent energy, the same energy that manages the universe. Everything in the universe is expressed as energy. Energy cannot die; it can only change form - http://www.newton.dep.anl.gov/askasci/phy00/phy00406.htm

Start to look at the following things in your life as energy:

• Your body
• Your thoughts
• The food you eat
• The mood you project
• The emotions you hold in or the emotions you express
• The words you speak
• The stories you tell
• The money you earn, spend and save
• The knowledge you acquire
• The love you have in your heart
• The resentment you might carry for yourself or others
• All disease and illness
• Your relationships
• Your choices
• The belief systems that are driving your life
• Your creativity
• Your love
• Your fears
• Your intuition
• Your bills
• Your garden
• Your pets

The list goes one… how many can you think of?

There are different expressions of energy and therefore there is energy that gives and energy that takes. Put another way there is energy that expands or energy that shrinks - energy that creates or energy that destructs. We have free-will (here are two interesting and diverse articles http://www.thewaytotruth.org/divinedestiny/howcanreconciled.html - http://www.articlegold.com/Article/The-Secret---To-Spiritual-Success/5225) which means we were given the wonderful gift of choice. As per the list above our choices are energy, the next time you make a choice ask yourself "is the energy of this choice giving, expanding or creating or is it taking, shrinking or destroying?" Energy that expands and creates helps to raise the consciousness of you and everyone around you, choosing love energy over fear energy changes everything in the present and the future.

New born babies (to me the most purist expression of universal consciousness) are energetic beings who only know how to express themselves truthfully. Who else would dirty 5-10 nappies per day and not feel bad about it. Who else would throw up on their mother’s favourite white jumper and then 2 seconds later expect to be loved and fed. Who else would wake up every hour during the night and want to be fed and changed.

All of these are expressions of honesty and truth, that become even more apparent as a baby becomes a small child and embarrasses its parents by telling the truth at the most inconvenient times.

So what happens? First we are told to tone it down, then we are told to be quiet, then we are asked to fit in, then we are asked to comply. All of these expectations are energetic expressions that are opposite to honesty and truth. We come into this world knowing which energy to choose and then somewhere down the path we forget. I will end this piece with two things. I would like to introduce you to this website - http://www.stuartwilde.com/SW_books.htm - warning it is fairly ‘out there’. I have recently listened to Stuart talk about seeing energy fields, which he refers to as the morph. He encourages his readers to connect with the fields of energy that are all around us. He shares simple techniques that will help you see energy fields around all living things including yourself. I have followed these simple instructions and I was pleasantly surprised at what I saw and more importantly what I felt. If seeing is believing this will help.

Here are some things I do to help me connect and live more in the realm of energy.

• ALWAYS, no matter what, listen to your intuition, it is your all-knowing soul speaking to you.
• In between the spaces when you take a moment to pause ask yourself "what energy am I currently permeating out into the universe?"
• Notice every experience that happens to you (especially the ones that raise emotion) and ask yourself "how have I energetically attracted that?"
• Use your heart and mind to communicate; they are the most powerful communicating tools you have.
• See yourself as part of nature not just as a witness.
• Before you speak, listen even more – energy has a language all of its own.
